I have tried to patch the pokemon rom with software v.2.52, v.2.53, v.2.541 to mu Super Card SD. But even though it saves fine in the game, it gone then I turn off my GBA.

How can I fix this problem !?

Plz help me out here ;(

Thx

After saving in game, you have to press L+R+A+SELECT to enter the SD Save menu.  If you'd rather do a Real Time Save (current state) and not save in game, you can press L+R+B+SELECT.

:)

I tried it but I cant get it to work.

Is this the right order :

1) Play the game and make the gamesave.
2) Restart GBA and start Pokemon game again.
3) Press L+R+A+SELECT and enter saver serve mode.
4) GBA shows "SC Normal Save" anmd I cant shoose "Save" or "Load"
5) Both choises means NO gamesave ;(

What do I do wrong ?

Plz help ;)

Thx

I cant save in Pokemon Emerald, when i pres L+R+A+SELECT it comes up with a menu in the game, it says that select can be used for an item in the bag, and thats it.

I am having the same problem.  I have pokemon fire red running, but it says the battery is bad when I try to save.  So, I do the Normal save with L+R+Select+A and save, but its still not normal.

What I want to do is be able to catch some pokemon from that game and trade them over to a pokemon sapphire, colloseum, or xd.  But I am not sure if the realtime saving or the normal saving options will work since you have to save your game normally before you can trade.  Any help?

Thank you very much

I'm using a Supercard Lite to save my GBA RPG game.
However when i try to do so, the screen will appear Please wait and do not go on again. Even the normal game save don't work. But the DS game is working fine for normal save. Anyone know why? My friend mention it could be my Micro SD card. I have change the system file type to FAT but it still don't work. Anyone can help here? Thanks

check to make sure the romnames and romsaves are the correct name

example "romname.gba" "romname.sav" "romname.scz"

Instead of romname.SCZ mine are romname.SCI   Should i change the file extension to SCZ instead of SCI?

I can't get normal save working in Pokemon Sapphire or Ruby.....same kind of problem....only real time save works but I need a normal save file to use the link cable with my Gamecube...

You need to use a real time clock patch. This is because the regular cart has a battery in which powers the clock, so day and night change in the game as they do in real life.
You can get the patch at http://haggar.emuunlim.com/fix/

I can not get the save files to load in supercard cf and trying to do a normal save I get either get a battery dead or please wait for up to a minute and save fails each time.  I am using Supercard cf and gameboy sp.  I feel bad I bought this for my nephew's birthday and he has started over in the games about 5 times while we try everything we can think of to save and load the games.

Has anyone figured this out?  I tried gbata tool, the realtime clock link goes nowhere, and gbata says doesn't need real time patch when I load the file.

If anyone has a working patch or save for pokemon for supercard could you help me out.  I feel like I am letting him down.
