I just got my new ndsl today and I am trying to figure out how to program my superpass 2.  I have the first superpass 2.  my computer says its not connected to the pc I cant figure it out.  does the pc make a noise when you connect it like the usb noise?[/url]

USB is just for power. You need to connect the serial port as well. Did you do that?

rocky

Yea I know to do that but when you plug a usb item in it should make a noise and my computer didnt make any noise.  I folowed the instructions exactly.  I put the paralel port thing in, then plug the usb power in, then stick the superpass in the end with no game in and is still says error it is not pluged in.  I am using SuperPass2 Soft V1.0 with a old purple colored superpass with the switch down tward the superpass sticker.  Is their a way I can return the superpass to romman? I bought it on ebay a long time ago.

It doesn't make a noise because, as stated, the USB is just for power.  Make sure you've flipped the switch correctly.  It's also possible that your switch is broken.  Search for one of my previous posts to find out about that.

Yea some of the pins were bent up.  I tryed to bend them back but it didnt work,  so I cut open both sides and bent the top up and tryed it with all the pins touching and it still didnt work so I through it away.  thanks anyway

Im going to  buy one of them new superkeys for my ds lite.  just to make sure,  that superkey is the same thing as the superpass 2 right?  just you dont have to program it and all that other stuff and it will work just like a superpass 1.  am I right about all this?

thaddius

Yeah, just wait for the superkey. It fits into the DS slot and you don't need a boot cart. It's a lot better than a superpass 2.
