Now here's some big news (SNES emulation)

An SNES emulator for the Nintendo DS is now available.  It's a port of SNESAdvance for the GBA (had no sound due to lack of power on the GBA), but this new version has sound and takes advantage of the DS's extra buttons and extra power!  It's in an early stage, so compatibility won't be high, but this is truly promising news.

It should be known that at the very least you will need a GBA flashcart and a wireless PCI/PCMCIA card that's compatible with WiFiMe or a DSPassMe.  FlashMe can also be used to update the firmware on your DS to allow booting homebrew apps without having to load them over wifi everytime you want to play.  FlashMe keeps the DS's ability to play commercial carts.

Discussion of this new emulator can be found here.

Compatibility at this time for GBA flashcarts is unknown.  I doubt the Supercard will work with this, but you never know.  Good news nonetheless.
