Try this over here and see if i get any helpful answers.

is there a way to transfer SRAM savegame data from a flashcart to another type or official cart? I'd hate to lose all the savegame data if i decide to switch flash carts or get the offical cart...

Both GBA and DS games and irreguardless of flashcarts (preferably) and/or VBA as a secondary option....

If not, are there converters out there?

or will say an m3 convert savegames from an EZF4?

I don't know about converting from one type to another (if they even differ for that matter) but your best bet is probably Rein. (Used to be Rain. Author changed the name.)

The only thing I've tried doing with it is saving the sram from a cart to CF. I was then able to use the save with the rom version of the game.

I've gone both ways with SATA's RAIN (xfer from cart to flashcart as well as from flashcart to official ds cart).  No issues what-so-ever.  Really useful program.

Which flashcart? and is there a way to do it with GBA games? it looked like REIN was just for DS.
