The superkey and supercard with mini-sd is great with the ndslite. but when try to load up the gba games, it goes to the first screen with says "gameboy" and "nintendo" (with the word nintendo being a little messed up) and the game doesnt load after that.  anyone know what's wrong or how to trouble shoot this?

Hmm that combo will work with GBA games. What game are you trying and did u patch it with the Supercard rom patcher v2.541?

yup. i patched it.
but will it work with supercard on my gba sp then? i thought ndslite would support both nds backups and gba/gbasp backups

kibo

i was just trying out random games like mariokart

DeVS

Lite does support everything the old DS does, it's just some GBA games dont work well on the Supercard.

Do not launch the games from the "DS Side".  Hold down START when powering up - that's the shortcut to GBA mode.  That will load the Supercard menu in GBA mode - then try playing the games.

Let us know.

hm...i guess it's the game problems. might as well stick with my cartridges for gba

Make sure when you're converting with the new software to DESELCT compression. You should get a .gba, a .sav, and a .sci if you selected real time saving. If you got a .scz file it's a compressed GBA rom and will not work due to a bug in the newest software. Also, I used to have trouble loading the games from the DS menu, I say take out your Superkey and just boot your DS like you're going to play a normal GBA game.

Compression was my GBA demon with the current patcher. Don't need it anyway, SD cards are cheap. It's not the old days of very limited size in your hardware based flashcart.

RealTimeSave works... most of the time. Hasn't killed any ROMs on me.

Enable Restart has been fine as well.

SC is great, but has it's limits on GBA stuff. I was so sad that Crash Nitro Kart & Super Puzzle Fighter run in sloooooooooooomoooooooooo.
