I just got my ds lite today and I have one red stuck pixel and I am running a pixel fixer right now.  My question is is their a pixel fixer that will do one pixel at a time?  and how long will the full screen take to fix the pixel?

rocky

Never mind I figured out how to fix it all I had to do was push on the screen where the pixel was and it worked.  its realy weird

Wow, I heard some people say they fixed stuck pixels by pushing on the screen.  Which screen was it?  Did you do it when the DS was on or off?  I have one stuck pixel on my top screen, and it's so annoying.

Jax

Yeah, I have one too on my "phat" DS since I bought it on day one! Can you really fix it?

I had one on my top screen, all I did was turn it on and have it in the middle of the Metroid demo I pushed on the screen untill it did that color bluring thing and it became unstuck.

That pixel is being weird its been stuck 2 more times now.  at least all I have to do is push on the screen to get rid of it.  does anyone know what it is making it act this way?

Stuck pixels in a TFT (thin-film transistor) LCD are generally the result of a defective transistor at the pixel location - this is a permanent defect.

just go back and exchange it.... if the store won't take it back, nintendo will for sure. they have a zero dead pixel policy

rocky

Yea i think I will exchange it but first im going to try to flash it, if I fail Ill return it.
