It's a homebrew program originally written in Japanese for video, music, and pictures.

MoonShell is the coolest, best, and most sanctified piece of homebrew for DS/DSL. It's an all-in-one media player created by a crazy Japanese genius for fun and scene glory (no money as far as I've heard).

SC/M3/EZ4 and some others including the MoviePlayer2 CF can use it on any DS that can play homebrew.

Look into it, you'll love it.
