Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure it's just a minor incremental update to fix compatibility with some of the most recent DS games.  The way Romman and co. go, they tend to have a lot of periodic minor updates leading up to a major update that comes every few months.

They have their hands full remember.  I'm actually very surprised to see anything in the way of firmware from their camp, considering that there's probably quite a lot of programming and other work involved in readying the upcoming MicroSD generation of Supercard products.

In my experience, just the process of getting a manufacturer to get a clue and realize what you want them to make is very time consuming.  Consider my tube-amplifier business - took 3 different companies and nearly a year and a half before I finally got some proper output transformers wound.  All this from alleged professionals working with state-of-the-art equipment in a "first world" country.  You can imagine what troubles there might be in Hong Kong.

just to let you know, romman is based in mainland china not hong kong.

also, i'd feel more confident having something manufactured in china than in a "first world" country. lol..

Really?  I thought his stuff came from HK.  Huh.

Nothing against Hong Kong or China at all.  I mean, I guess when you think of it, it explains why the 'states are always bitching about human rights violations in places like Iraq, but in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc, where we get all our goods from, things are just as bad but they overlook it because it's inconvenient to think about. >_>

(I'm canadian btw, I'm allowed and even obligated to make fun of our neighbours to the south.  And west.  And east.)
