For a guess it may be a newer revision of the same old brand of SDRAM used in the old super card... - chip's in the lite have been sanded down though

yeh, whats the deal with the notch out of the top left of the bottom chip.. looks damaged

your telling me that every supercard lite is going to look like that? like its fuck up or something. well it beter work and last for couple of years.

Maybe that's why this one was taken apart because of the broken ram chip ??
