Wow, you guys are a bunch of nubs :roll: . This is a deposit only. You don't get two FREE games and controllers. Toys R Us is making people purchase two games and an extra controller in order to reserve a system. Thar goes for the PS3 as well, folks.

it does seem like the canada offer is just a deposit on a "forced bundle", where they force you to buy it with extra games + accessories.

The australian toys 'r us site sounds more like a free game offer.  unless they are being VERY mean and unscrupulous.

well mario galaxy will be out 6 months after the wii, and ssbb will be out sometime next year. personally id rather wait and have a well developed game then have them rush it to have it ready for launch

In Canada you do get 2 free games and an extra controller. I live in canada  and I payed $50 preorder for it.

Why do you say I'm rude?  Just because you completely misunderstood me in that MicroSD thread?  I'm an open-source game developer and I spend most of my time reading and applying feedback.  One person's review, one person's feedback, does not in my mind mean that I should accept what they say as gospel.  It needs to be verified by at least a second unbiased source - thus far you're the only person that I've seen say that standard-speed microSD works fine.  Maybe it's been verified by others by now, but at the time I couldn't just say, "oh, ok, some random internet guy says it works, so I guess I should plunk down $100 hard-earned dollars on good faith that what he calls 'good performance' is what I call 'good performance'."
