just to let you all know - i've been had for a counterfeit Sandisk miniSD.


out $60 for a supposed 2 gb minisd. it looks like a Sandisk - except the pins arn't as shiny as my 1gb sandisk minisd, and it has a blue and white manufaturing date sticker on the back instead of a opaque white rectangle for labeling the card. plus the printing on the front of the card is definately not as sharp as on the genuine sandisk.


and just like my previous A-data 2gb card - my laptop's internal card reader refuses to read it - only way i'm able to read/write to it is though my digicam   in its dock.

cheap never means good when it comes to flash memory. especially on ebay.

Leave him a negative feedback that the card is a fake to warn others. That's the thing about buying memory cards/sticks on eBay. You gotta be extra cautious about sellers from China and such.

its pretty hard to screw em over if they have so many positive feedbacks...  Also, you probably can't report them cuz they look real enough...  I've had tonnes of fake stuff sent to me on eBay and I can't do squat...

That's why I don't fuck with sellers from China. That shit is pretty much guaranteed to be a fake. They fake EVERYTHING over there lol :lol:
