SRAM Cell Error

I've got a Supercard that's been working normally so far. However, a couple of days ago it began giving an odd "SRAM Error -a lot of figures- CPLD to SRAM error", then "SRAM Cell error" and then it worked normally. I think it's the battery that gets discharged or doesn't manage to charge up, the errors return if the GBA has been turned off for a couple of hours.

I would like to know what to do or if the Supercard is defective. Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

Thanks everyone

I've contacted my retailer and the Supercard is being returned. It seems that the rechargeable battery is faulty.
