2。补丁库更新编号至1950

What it means:
New Rominfo.data
Download and overwrite the previous Rominfo.data in the SC directory
1. Fixes 1767 (Chinese), 1356, 1591, 1940, 1942, 1920's inability to save
2. Rom updated to 1950.
