Now before I get flamed I did search every forum for an answer to this question.  So here goes!  Can someone please explain to me how to get more use out of my 1 gig SD card and Supercard?  I can fill it about halfway full with games then suddenly a window pops up and says "could not copy game xyz".   it does this everytime.  How can I get around this and put more games on this thing?  It only lets me copy about 41 games.  Not that that isn't enough,  but If there is a way to fill up the card more,  I would love know how.  Thank you !

Make some folders and put @20 games in each (make sure rom+save files for each rom stay together)

Reason.... fat file system only supoorts @80 files in each directory, so 41 roms and 41 save files in one directory will maxx the limit.
