Do you mean something like in pokemon, you trade stuff?  Or do you mean something like having the gba cartridge in slot 2 to unlock stuff?

If it's the latter, then supercard supports it though most games don't work with it.  If you want to try it, download the latest patching software, and patch the nds rom with the option GBA Union.  Then get the gba rom, and give it the same name as the nds rom e.g.  something.nds and something.gba.  Then put both in the supercard.

Is there a list anywhere, of games that DO work with this function?
