i dont get it all, i tried reading the other threads. i dont know how to install the new firmwire into my supercard and install the new version of moonshell...can someone explain step by step in detail :?:
and sometimes, when i copy files into my SD sarc, it says cannot find specific file or something like that, wtf is going on?
BTW, i have supercard mini SD

put the latest 'sd_163.bin' onto the the sd card put into the supercard and turn on. I am assuming you have the superkey or similar in the ds slot. answer yes to upgrade question.

The 1.63b is in the previous version, not in the latest supercard patcher release (2.56).
From the main site http://eng.supercard.cn/soft_sd.htm
And the file is this http://eng.supercard.cn/download/setupsdV255Cen.rar Toss out (or just save the supercard patcher 2.55, it is the last version

It does not have the latest version but explains what to do.
Read thru the tutorial first and the posts, it answers alot of questions.

Don't know why you are getting the cannot find files, what brand and where did you buy the sdmini?

wow, thanks for the fast reply lol, was expecting a reply tomorrow
anyway, i downloaded the moonshell from the link you gave me, and ran boot mp and it seems like its version 1.32 of moonshell, i didnt install anything after running boot mp. about the firmwire upgrade, i think what ur trying to say is that i dont have to install a new firmwire for my minsi sd am i correct? btw i have my ds flashed, so i dont have a superpass or super key in my ds slot. i have many more questions but i have school tommorrow, sleeping now. good night everyone, and thanks for the warm welcome :-)

once you read thru the tutorial, you will be able to install the newer 1.41 version of moonshell. Just look at the pics, they are close enough and his notes still apply.

If you have the latest sc update 1.63b or whatever you are fine. The latest supercard download is for the rom patcher (ver. 2.56). That is what I was trying to explain. You said you were trying to install new firmware, no big deal.

oops, i didnt see ur last question b4. I brought my supercard at china heeh. I think its a real one, but i dont think its the supercard's problem, i think its the mini sd card's problem. it sometimes says cannot copy becuase it cannot find the specific file or something like that. i read from some thread b4 on this forum to format the flash cart, but i have no idea how to do that. sorry for my bad grammer and bad typing lol, hope u can read this with no problems.
