Hello

This is cool the IO functions have been released , but I quite don't know how to use them ? How to call an assembly routine from a C program ? What about the parameters/return value/etc ?

In short, you don't. It is packaged up nicely in the form of libfat thanks to chishm. Use that instead.

Is SC lite support (micro SD cards) planned ? I mean, libfat allowing users to write on micro SD cards ?

SCLite is not supported in the libfat that comes with DevKitPro r19. However, on the forums at gbadev.org you'll find a topic about libfat that contains the latest CVS builds of libfat that probably -DO- support reading AND writing to SCLite. You'll have to ask there to make sure.
