Help can't see roms on LIST tab??

Hey guys and gals

I'm really at a loss!

Ive followed a guide to install my supercard Mini SD.. updated the firmware to the latest (1.63).. and transferred the roms after patching them.. so its 2 files per rom... (one is nds.dsq and the other nds.sav)

but for some reason.. there are no games on the LIST tab?? none at all!

however the SAV files appear under the saver tab??

what am i doing wrong?

is the supercard running in ds mode?

Sorry I don't understand what you mean?

It is running from the GBA slot, as a GBA game, and brings up the menu where i can see LIST, SAVER, HELP etc...

and in the LIST tab there isn't any games, however in the SAVER tab.. there are all the .SAV files that I put onto the Mini SD, but not the Games that I put on with the .SAV files...

Please help if you can!

do you have a superkey/nopass/superpass in the top slot of your ds

no I have an original DS card in the DS slot, and the supercard and the mini SD and games in the bottom GBA slot...

I was told by the store owner that I didnt need anything but the software from the website and the mini SD card and the supercard??

Thats for GBA ROMS, you need a type of passme to run DS ROMS

oh no, the guy in the shop conned me!

I'm really quite annoyed! So for DS roms I need a superpass AND a super card?? or just the superpass??

you need the superkey + supercard to play NDS games...

superkey (or any other such devices) boot it in NDS mode so you can play these games...

how did you get it in a shop anyways? -.- cuz i had to get mines online

anyways, superkey (or any other nopass) will cost you roughly $25.

and after that is NDS haven! mwauhahaha

and once you get started, try out the homebrews

ah it was through a shop in asia..... crap... i guess i gotta shell out some more cash then.......................... thanks anyway guys.... saves me so much time fiddling around with my mem card/supercard for a few more hours!

Did the shop actually say the supercard could play DS roms? It's not conning if he didn't say it. You can play gba roms with the stuff you have right now, so if he didn't mention ds roms, he would probably be refering to gba roms since that was what the supercard orignally played.

BTW get a superkey , it will cost a little more but you will be much more satisfied without the huge stickout a superpass presents

Yes he did say it could play DS roms..

At least I got a movie/music player now...

Now all I need to do is find out how to convert them!!
