My DS phat's top screen stopped working for now reason all it shows on the screen is white, so I top of the back cover to have a look, i cleaned the first wire the brownishish one and i turned it on but it failed to start up it makes a little beep but no activity on the screen, what have i done !!

Did you try a regular DS game? Why would you open it!?

i tried a gba ds game and all worked exect the top screen was just white same happend when I went to the start up menu thing, so when i opened it I  cleaned the first wire, then the second and then the litte third one under the second, so then i put the first back in then i was putting the second back in when the little tray thing that holds the wire in place snapped, but i put them all in( i help the thrid one) but still the same thing just the little sound when the ds turnes on bbut nothgin happens on the screen, SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
