Hello all, this is my 1st post, and i've been having troubles trying to save while running DS games.  in particular ive tested out dracula, and when i try the L+R+select+A after doing a save in-game, nothing seems to happen.  I tried doing L+R+select+B after restarting and loading back into the game, but nothing.

any ideas as to what i'm doing wrong here?  kind of hard to play DS games such as cvania without the ability to save.

oh... and i'm using firmware 1.5 and patched the rom with the 2.41 utility.  and finally the retail cart im using in my superpassme is Advance Wars DS.

thanks in advance for any help!

Well, currently there is no CF saving with the SuperCard.
Romman has posted that the SC team has gotten it working with the CF SuperCard...so we're just waiting for new patching software and new firmware to add the features.
Until that time, you can check the lists here to check what games are working and all 3 of the externally linked lists show the Save size for each ROM (at least, all of 'em that are currently known).
What you need to do is run the game off the SC with a game you already own with the same save size in the DS card slot and the game should save to the DS card in the slot.
While this will delete/corrupt any saves you have for the game on that DS cart, that's the best we can do until the new SC stuff comes out.

Is it possible to backup the contents of the SRAM of a cartridge and then restore it? If that was possible we wouldn´t need to worry about losing or corrupting savegame data.
