Anyone tried this combo? I bought a DS lite to replace a DS phat and I'm having problems loading games. 80% of the time, loading a rom ends up in a white screen. If I'm lucky, it'll manage to magically boot and play as normal. For some reason, Moonshell doesn't suffer from this problem at all as it loads all the time.

I'm using a Superkey with the latest firmware/software. Checking/unchecking the options (trim rom etc) makes no difference at all. Either way, I'm upgrading to a SC lite this week :?

Doh, hope my DS lite isn't duff... Originals work fine though..

seems like a bad CF.  try to reformat or try another one.  had a similar problem few months ago.  I have a sccf with a lite without any problem

The thing is, I pop it into the DS phat and there are no problems at all. Everything boots up right away. I've formatted and checked for bad sectors on the CF card and it seems fine. My Pocket PC works fine with the card too.

Problem kinda points toward the DS lite. I tried some GBA carts and an old Flash advance card to see if it was the GBA slot but they work fine too. Gonna have to wait and see how this SC lite works for me.

edit: SC lite is here and works 100%... SC CF still does its weirdness on the lite but not on the phat. Weirdness.. but all is good again whoopee~
