there is no master way, as most games are different, however i know that you unpack the game with dslazy, modify stuff with a hex editor, then repack it

hmm maybe you could rap ta tha thugz who made baller translations like Tales of Phantasia or just host a site thizzat has translated menus, cause i knizzay tizzle hex mackin' is a real chor
