i got it working, just flashed on a personalized skin:

just want to know, is there a limit to how many times you can write data onto the supercard memory chip? i don't want to stuff up my supercard just coz i changed the onboard memory too many times!

edit: here's the unpersonalized version:

Dude Awsome tutorial I just flashed the metal theme to my SC mini sd. Thanks for making a great supercard even greater.  :D

here's another version of the SC:Rumble interface.
i added the corner right of 'Help', as well as a corner left of 'List'.

the highlight colour is BLUE.
the banner has lots of spare colours in the palette, because I had to trick Irfanview into showing a 256 colour palette.

Any progress in making this work using a GBA? Sorry to ask again, but i don't have a DS and I don't know anyone who has one, so I can't do it. BTW great skins!

The skin works in GBA mode. I tried it myself. But I don't know if you can flash your firmware in GBA mode.

Quote from: "arcc"Yeah, I will be sure to post the solution if and when we ever figure out what may be preventing that little program from detecting your SC.
If it makes any difference, my supercard sd is the latest version with the added two grooves on the back.

I have the new supercard too and the flashmp.nds does not detect it!!  :|

Well, if someone could come up with a small program to force flash the firmware to the supercard in GBA mode, that would both fix the problem for gba-only users and people with new supercards. But I am not sure if we got anyone visiting this topic currently that has the skills to write such a program.

I emailed darkfader a while back asking him if he might consider writing a new program to work with newer cards and SCLite, but he didn't seem interested. He did mention that the flashmp program could be modified to ignore the Supercard detection and force write the firmware, but I have no idea how to accomplish that without the source. So I am affraid for now, some people are just out of luck. I am going to email Mc.Nasty about it, but the lanuage barrier makes it hard to communicate.

I speak Spanish, maybe Mc.Nasty does too. If you want, i can translate an email for you. I don't know which languages Mc.Nasty speaks
