i haven't touched my ds in about a week and when i put that new utlitity "checkds.nds" on the card and booted it up it scrambled the bottom screen and the top said theres no SD card in. i didn't actually run the program, didn't have  the chance. the card doesn't want to work at all and it says SRAM error 0100020003000400050006000700080009000a000b000c000d000e000f00100011005500aa00

well my supercard mini is toasted, my fable save got currupted, and i just bought city of heroes and it wont run on my laptop.

i tried updating the supercards software because it said there was none on the card, in the process it crashed into a white screen and after that the ds couldn't read anything in the gba slot. totally toasted. i'm pretty sure it had something to do with the fact that for the last week i left the ds hooked up to the usb port charge cable.

doesnt sound like its to do with the usb port cable, perhaps your sc firmware needs a reflash, can you run wmb???? if not, bitblt offers a sc firmware relfash for free (go look in the marketplace)

nope, the supercard itself can't be read as far as i can see. plus when i opened the card for the hell of it a very small metal part fell off of it when i barely rubbed it. its gone.

i'll remember that name the next time this happens though, thanks.

Devil_Spawn

it could just have been a lump of solder from manufacturing?
can u fix it yourself?

also as a side note i am looking for a new casefor my supercard sd, as mine got mangled

ihopeyoudie2

well its a minisd card case. its like new and if you want it you can have it.

the card piece that fell off was the little link piece for C11. i'm not sure how important it was. i was meaning to get a SClite anyway.
