SClite - problems flashing to 1.63

I tried flashing my supercard lite to 1.63 from 1.62 using the upgrade.scu file on the download link... But I get a data verify error...
What gives?

why downgrade firmware?

He said to 1.63 from 1.62.  That's not downgrading.
