so i cant just download the rom and it work ill actually have to go out and buy the thing?

You have to buy it. If you have a DS-Link you can use the ram cart and the rom but there is no way without the ram pack.

They are meant to be backups in the first place ffs.

i plan on buying it when it comes out in aus if it ever does if not i will delete it
