1. When are we going to see some pictures of you playing it, or maybe a video of it working with a 512mb rom at full speed?
2. If you have the M3, good for you, stop knocking this product, this isn"t the M3 site.
3. Stfu. Who care what you have to say about the supercard?

Yeah, OK, I'll agree that people should really stop posting about the M3 with the childish comments before event testing it firsthand. But seriously. If you expect people not to discuss the direct competition of the SC you're crazy. This site is not an exclusive club where 'M3' is a forbidden term. At least that's how I see it. However, I simply host the board, and am not a founder or anyone special. The original moderators are still in place. If people want to talk about other products in a productive way, that is fine with me. I completely agree that the M3 sounds great, I can say that I will most likely buy it if it works as advertized (And i'm just talking about GBA functions here... I dont even own a DS). I think having the mysterious and ultra hyped M3 is great for the SC and the scene in general. It's created a lot of buzz and is pushing development of the SC way beyond what I ever imagined. Maybe someday I'll be able to play full speed mode 7 games.... Maybe not.

Oh and yeah. I definately want to see some pics or videos of someone playing the Chinese version of the M3 at least... now THAT is some acceptable M3 postage.

Sure it's not like PS2NFO where they ban the names of their partners competitors but it is a support site for the Supercard, if someone wants to talk about the M3 they should go to a forum that's for all flash carts or an M3 one. You don't see people (other than trolls) talking about the PS2 on the Nintendo forums do you?

Personally I don't see where people are getting the "M3 is better" nonsense in the first place. It's about to have the same features with this new update and it doesn't stick out HALF as much.

With the M3 you can't even fit the damn thing in your pocket.

Being the new owner of the site you have full authority of what happens on this site. That being said, I have no problem with people discussing the M3 or any other GBA/NDS related stuff on this board. As long as stupid fanboy wars don't get started, we'll be OK.

I don't know why people are pissed.
Look, I have the M3 from Kicktrading, I'm not about to waste 30 minutes taking blurry videos of myself trying to boot it then encoding it and uploading it.
It's real and it's not fully what they claimed. It is most definitely NOT perfect.
For realtime saves, you have to patch. For standard game saves it seems you have to "transfer" when you next turn it on and what is in the saved memory to a slot or else it will be overwritten.
I still ended up having to ips patch the Pokemon games which uses the RTC otherwise it refused to boot it. For DS games, you also need to patch ala the Supercard way
It's also a LOT bulkier than the SC. How it does saving is not very intuitive.
I love the moonshell though. It plays mp3's just fine. No need to convert.
I also have to laugh at the M3 site. "We are the first NDS SD blah blah blah"
They were vaporware for so long. Romman is rightly the first to market and has the correct claim. You can announce all you want but without releasing it to market (or patenting it), you are NOT the first.
I'll put up a review with some photos of my DS playing it once the supposed patcher is out. I can't play GST nor clean dumps on the M3. Only got one game to work so far, Zookeeper.

Do you also own a Supercard, if so make a rating scheme. For example Loading time m3 gets 2 or 1 or supercard gets 1 etc, and finally make it like 7/10 rating for each cart.

The complaint I had wasn't people posting about M3 as well as supercard, it was people coming here and the supercard.cn forum saying "M3 is better!!!" or "Supercard sucks, get m3" ALOT of people say things like this without even had tested it.

And for those of you who do have it, you don't need to do anything but backup your claims of how "great" the damn thing is and everyone will be right off of your back, ESPECIALLY if you are going to go to a supercard forum and tell people not to buy the supercard.

I just think crapping on other people's forums and posts is wrong and should not be done ESPECIALLY witout warrant or merrit.
