It gave me an idea....ayone know it microSD adapters exists?
Like miniSD to microSD?
With that we can reuse olds cards

What is this thing? what does it do, is it like a converter or something?  micro sd to mini sd adaptors do exsits I have one.

this thing is simply a 2G microSD, maybe they needed more room to fit the 2G, so they made it in 2 parts.

So my questions is if it exist a "empty microsd shell" with something like this 2G card, that can use regular SD cards.  The little thin cable can be "glued" under the ds

oh okay I get it.  I think it would work if you cut the ribbon and put the sd on the end becuase sd has the same pins as micro sd, I think im not sure

yeah, but I don't want to buy the 2G card to cut the ribbon
maybe empty shells exists, i'll search for it

I have a microsd to minisd adapter but i don't think the whole adapter/ribbon cable is really going to be the future. Sell all your memory cards you can and stick with microsd
