I can't get the things I mention in the topic title to work together :(
First I could save normally using the 1.63 firmware. Now I need to use QPS but it corrupts my card every time. Did anybody with SC Lite and 1.70 firmware get ScummvmDS to work?

Or is there still a place where I can download a 1.63 firmware bin?

Any help would be great, playing portable Monkey Island was my main reason to get a DS!

Thanks for the information but I have downloaded the rar files there and they contain ugrade.scu firmwares. These cause my Supercard to display garbled menu's and generally not work. It was my belief that I need to have a .bin file to succesfully downgrade my firmware. Is this true?

Check the supercard site. They have a message about downgrading to 1.63 from 1.7 and having your sclite messed up.

Update(2006.11.11):About the SuperCard Lite upgrade & downgrade problem

Recently, there are some customers downgrade the SuperCard Lite version firmware v1.7 to v1.63. Even I don't know why they downgrade it, but they found out that the SuperCard Lite crash.

Yes, I read that message. It was my understanding that these problems occur because the 1.63 scu file is not a complete firmware but an upgrade. So when you downgrade with this file there is still some 1.70 left. I was hoping there was a complete 1.63 firmware that makes a succesful downgrade possible. Thanks for the replies so far :)

Maybe go a little in versions lower then back up to that version

All available sclite updates are scu's unfortunately.
