Flashing my DS

Is there any way that I can flash my DS using FlashMe v7 WITHOUT a SuperKey/Passme card? I have the SuperCard: Lite (newest firmware on my ds and SC) and a 1Gb Micro SD card.

If you have a very old phat DS you can use a suitable wifi card ( has to be a particular chipset ) other wise nope.
