Hi everyone.
I've not yet got a SuperCard or SuperKey (although I'm getting them for Christmas) so I need people's help with my project.
Basically, what I'm going to do is create a nice Flash presentation that people who are very new to SuperCard can learn from.
It will cover what a SuperCard actually does, why you need to flash your DS or get a SuperKey and basic legal information about downloading ROMs and why it is both morally and legally wrong.
I started it off with some information however I may have gotten some of it wrong. I'll keep posting an updated version here every so often, and please correct me if I get anything wrong, even little spelling mistakes.

I'm aiming for this guide to be very simple. So that I can show it to one of my friends that has never even heard of a SuperCard and by the end of it they should know what a SuperCard is, how to use it and not be bored from it being too long.

Sections that have not yet been put in:
Flashing your DS (Why you should do this and link to more advanced tutorial)
Transferring files to your SuperCard
Why it is morally and legally wrong to download commercial ROMs

If I have gotten anything wrong, please remember I'm only using the information I've picked up from these forums and anything you ask me to put in will be put in. If you're going to suggest something, feel free.

FifthE1ement's guide is very good, but it is very long and if in PDF format. Mine is designed to be lightweight and easy to use, whereas FifthE1ement's is more concise and longer. I will put a useful links section in mine once I have finished.

EDIT: Mine is also designed to be in very simple English, so if English is not your native language you should still be able to understand most of it.

Also, make sure you get permission before using others tutorials.

What I would recommend, is getting your card, playing with it for awhile and then ask questions. Read thru his long tutorials when using your card. This will help you learn how to do it and most likely answer your questions that you had prior to using the SC. Good luck with your tutorial, and be sure to post it here.

I've already read most of the tutorials but you're right. I shouldn't really try something like this before I get my own SuperCard. But still, if people can give me ideas on what to put in it it'll be better when I do release it.

I think it is great you are making a tutorial! With that said, I really feal you should try it out before looking for ideas on what should go into a tutorial. I think you will have an idea what you will want to make and what should be in it after using the SC for a period of time.

Again, not trying to squash the enthusiasm, only speaking from personal experience.

you've got the minisd and the sd round the wrong way - the blue one is SCSD, the purple one is minisd

Since your target audience is beginners, I think you should emphasize on the important points:
*The page beginning with "To play NDS ROMS and NDS homebrew you need" should be at the very beginning
**This page should mention FlashMe
*Concentrate on NoPass. Maybe a brief mention of PassMe1/2 and WiFiMe

Suggested wording:
SuperCard
Stores homebrew and ROMs
Uses memory card: CF, SD or Mini-SD [is there a Micro-SD version?]
Can include rumble feature

SuperKey
Normally DS will not play DS homebrew
SuperKey tricks DS into running homebrew
Not needed when playing GBA homebrew

Other suggestions:
*Can you get better pictures?
*A back button
*Mention advantages and disadvantages
*Use brand names or generic names?
