I guess it could be added to future homebrew.

I am using ALite and it is doing the job.

Yeah, the neat thing about ALite is the soft reset feature that brings you back to the Supercard menu. I use ALite to switch between Moonshell, DSOrganize, games patched with IGR, and back to the Supercard menu without touching the DS power switch.

Looks like a nice little app, but I just keep mine on full brightness all the time anyway :P

No one knows how ALite boots back to Supercard.  :?
Does anyone know how to contact the developer of ALite?

lick, I looked and searched for quite a while trying to find the dev of alite with no luck. Everywhere I look, I only find the program, nothing else. Good luck.

Has the subject of quickbooting a homebrew program from sc been addressed yet? Because this seems like it does just that.

I don't know what register or BIOS call causes the DS/Supercard to do a soft reset.  Please let me know if you figure it out Lick. I do know that Romman released a little nds app called "moonshell reset for supercard.nds" that accomplishes the same thing.  So theoreticly, you could look at the code used in Moonshell or DSOrganize for spawning homebrew, and have LoveLite spawn "moonshell reset for supercard.nds" if found on the flash card. Otherwise you might want to try to reverse engineer Romman's little program.

Thanks to WinterMute and pepsiman, I found out how to return to Supercard (or any device).  :D

This is already integrated to LoveLite, and ready for next release!

Sweet, thanks for the tip. I look forward to your LoveLite update.

Lick

Good thing about this new find is that there's no need for MoonshellReset.nds anymore. No spawning, just direct hard resetting!  :D

Update - I need testers for Supercard SD, Supercard Lite (microSD) and the Rumble Supercards. Please send me a PM containing your device type, and I will PM you the URL for the test file and the instructions.

Update - Supercard SD and Supercard Lite are being tested. Currently, only Rumble testers are needed.

Please help me with making better homebrew for Supercard devices!
