Which Flash me is best to use flash me_lite V7 or flashme V7? Cuz I flash my lite first with flashme V7 (did not like it cuz it only had 2 level of back light off and high setting) than flash_me lite v7. Just wanna know if I can still re flash it and just need which it the best flash me to use.

since you have a ds lite, you need to flash your ds with flashme_liteV7 to let you have all those brightness features.  just put the flashme in your sd card or whatever and boot it. no need to go through the pain of opening your ds and sticking metal in it.

I thought the only way to flash your ds is by sticking metal in it.
So the best flashme for the lite is flashme_lite v7. If that's it? Then I'm ok. Anyway, thanks for the help.

Cowfighter is talking about if your flashing an already flashed DS - you don't need to short.

Romiress thanks for clearing thing up. Don't what to get anyone mad at me. Cuz if you're nice in the nds flash card scene no help will come to you. Anyways thanks for all the help with flashme.
