I don't know if this is a dumb question or if this have been answered before, but is there an app that can directly transfer files from my PC directly to the SDcard that is inside my supercard on my DS via Wifi?

Most of the apps I've used that WRITE to the Supercard SD using the FAT lib generally cause some kind of corruption, so be careful.  The only other options I can think of are DSLinux based, and you'd have to compile your own version to do that.  I've tried NFS under DSLinux (linux network file sharing) and it works, but it's very slow.
