Whats IGR and how can i enable it in the scrumble computer software

the setting is in patching options

double click the .nds that u r patching

I think he's referring to the new firmware, 2.57 and 1.70

Isn't IGR the same as the "Enable Restart" option?  If it is, I personally have had problems with games freezing with this option enabled.  And I've never had a need to restart a game, so I leave it off for all my games.
