I just upgrade my firmware for my SCSD and it loaded fine but when i go to use it the SCSD menu works fine but will not load any games or anything

is there any thing i can do ?

You need to restart your DS as once you update the games don't appear until you do.

i was able to downgrade to 1.63 with one of the options of FWNitro
What happens with 1.7 is after i load the firmware then reboot the do it will not load any games i just get 2 white screens when a game is loading

did you repatch the games? some games dont work with the dma option, for example mario hoops and big brain training come up with white screens.
