i am trying to upgrade to 1.7 and i only have the .bin file on the micro sd card and i turn the ds lite on and it wotn go away from the srupid super key screen

make sure you have everything setup correctly and the sclite in properly, staying on the sk scren meens it hasnt founda  flashcart

try reformatting your card too
