I came across this the other night while researching some Wii stuff.  Supposedly they're going to do preorders again on Novemvember 12th.  Anyone else hear anything about this?  I assume it is true, but I really can't find anything else online confirming it.

I read a news article that said Toys R Us and another US store will be given priority on stocks of non-pre ordered Wii. They claimed in the article that they would be opemimg at midnight and would have more than enough stock. Sorry, lost the link.
