I have a supercard sd, and it has always worked like a charm.  I haven't played my ds in a while b/c i have been busy with work and some xbox 360 games.  So anyway, I try to use it now, and all I get is a supercard logo on the top screen, and a blank white screen at the bottom.  I had this happen once or twice before, but it would always be fixed by just reformatting the sd card.  Well i formated the sd card, but some stuff back on it, but still a blank lower screen.

I tried a few things.  All the prongs on the supercard look fine, but i assume its's something wrong with that and not the superkey.  My ds loads regular gba games fine, so it's not the slot.  My pc reads my sd card, so it's not that.  When i put the sc in without superkey, it says no cart loaded or something on my ds home screen.  Any advice? Is this fixable or do i have to buy a new sc?

I'm near positive that you've already tried this but try blowing on the supercard. Blow across the part that actually goes into the system. If it doesn't work the first time, try again and blow harder. I recomend tring 4 times before giving up.
