Don't have time to put it on my site, but I thought I'd go ahead and throw it up here.  Some amazing Japanese person has a program that will backup/restore saves directly onto the GBA Movie Player's CF card.  Best of all, source is included!  

I tested using GBAMP firmware v2.  Provided, should you choose to try, is my *crappy* Advance Wars save.  Enjoy.

Hey dscener, do you have a link to how to get homebrew to work on the GBAMP?  I'm having issues running nds stuff and if I change the extension to gba it errors out as there is a 200kb limit on programs.
