Super Mario World(smw) works great on the sound version. However, most hacks of smw seem to only work on the nosound version. On the sound version, most hacks (but not quite all) give a black screen.

Is there any way to get them to work on the sound version?

Do they work on any older version, and would I be trading sound for any bugs? (corrupt graphics ect.)
