are you using SC Lite and the fastrestartpatch? then l+r+start+select doesnt work for me.

I don't patch FF Dawn of Souls with fastrestart because I'm not experiencing any slowdowns during gameplay.

I'm just patching it with the SC patcher using these settings: restart, saver, real time save, and cheats.  With these settings in place, I can do a L+R+Select+A to save in-game--no need to L+R+Start+Select to reboot--and I can do a L+R+Select+B to do a real time save.

Are you patching your rom with the correct SC settings?
