Since there are only bits and pieces of info scattered around on multiple forums on how to operate the Supercard, I would like to get a good explaination of how to impliment emulation.  I think responses to these questions could be complied into a tutorial that we could make a "sticky
" I am under the impression that I can run PCE, GG, SMS, GB, and NES roms. Is this correct? If so, do they all use built in emulators? Is the Supercard loading procedure the same for all of them? Can you mix different types of roms? Do you have to make a save file for the game to run or just if you want the ability to save. (my impression is they are only needed if you want the ability to save) Do you process the roms like the GBA roms with the patching software? (my impression is no) I have raw .pce roms on my cart with only the rominfo.dat and no .sav files. They all appear on the menu but when I try to launch a game the screen goes black. What am I doing wrong? I am sure I am missing just a simple step but I can't find enough info from all the forums to piece the answer together.

I tried some pce roms , just copied straight onto my compact flash and they worked ok , but a little too slow , whn you load a pce rom , press L+R to access the emulator settings

I am having some luck now. I see what you mean by the speed being a little slow. It still seems playable except for the lag. If I fire a weapon, there is a delay that causes me to miss every time and I am a wiz at Galaga. Are there any tips/tricks to fix/minimize this?
