i was wondering if i bought a used 360 and it didnt work, could i send it to microsoft to get it fixed?
because it would be a lot cheaper on my part since i can get a used broken 360 for about $60 but i dont want to get it
and then have it so i cant send to MS so can anyone let me know if its possible?

my only concern would be if it was modded or attempted modded or obviously opened then they would not honour the warrenty do they come with warrenty stickers?

maby try contact them but dont give details just an enquiry that you bought the unit pre owned but was dead on arrival is there anything they can do .. they may make a charge they may not ...

I know sony will exchange a faulty PS2 but charge £50 for the courier exchange for a new one ..fine if you got it got next to nothing but not if it costs more than they charge :(

Take off  the faceplate to make sure the warranty sticker is still there and not broken. If its there then I say go for it lol :D

It depends too on what's wrong with it and how old it is. Warranty on 360s is 1 year with the exception of 3 RRoD issues which was extended to 3. So if you get a 2 year old system with a bad drive you're probably screwed.
