well when ever i play the games and turn it off and back on the save file is gone and i have to start again

1) Are you playing DS or GBA games?
2) What model SuperCard do you have?
3) How long have you had it?
4) Where did you buy your SuperCard from?
5) Has it worked previously?
6) Are the games you're trying to save listed as not compatible on the Compatibility List?
7) Do you actually have the mental brainpower to occasionally use the Shift key (in the correct place) and spell correctly?

well i got it like 3 days ago

got it from real hotstuff
i play nds roms(games)
ive tried mario kart,nintendogs and mario 64 and they all dont save

please boot up holding the Left and Right shoulder buttons, and the supercard will run a system test.  

Tell me what firmware (kernel) version it says.  

Also, tell me which version of the supercard patching software you are using.  (the top of the window will show the version number).

i think its fixed either because i pressed enabled the emu settings or i just put in a ds game
