hi recently when the lite came out in uk my mate brought one but when he tried to put on a screen protector he did someonething and a dead pixel(red) came up hoe do i get rid of it

try pressing in on the screen where the pixel is, so the colours smudge, this may fix it [be very gentle]

otherwise nintendo will replace it

There's a homebrew utility that attempts to fix stuck pixels.
