This was posted on German game site so for the time being it is rumor. This is bound to happen soon then later. The XboX360 has this and I love it to death.

How would the demos fit on the 512 memory?
DS-Supercard cf 1gig cf card !

The demos can be made that small?  Wow.

Why wouldn't they be able to make them that small? They are just demos after all. Quite a few GCN games in their entirety are smaller then 512MB. I'd suspect a few Wii games will also be relatively small in size.
