Hi guys, im new here and I've been searching around the forums, but maybe I'm just blind, but I can't seem to find my problem here.  I have a Supercard Lite Rumble and love it (1.7 firmware and 2.57 software).  The only problem i have with it is that when i try to go multiplayer with my system, it never works.  For my friends' DSs, when they try starting, it shows a white bottom screen and the nintendo logo on the top screen or something like that.  The only game that actually DOES work is Elite Beat Agents...can anyone tell me what im doin wrong?

Thanks a bunch

Shinster

If it's one cart multiplayer, if the sending DS is using a supercard, the receiving DS should be flashed.
DS Lite Onyx Black
Supercard Lite
Nintendo Wii (US)
PSP (Metal Gear PO Limited Edition)

Hi

DSdownload play doesn't work for most games on all slot2 flash cards as well as most slot-1 flash cards unless the DSconsol receving the game has flashme installed on it.

ohh so i would have to get something like a superkey for their ds as well?

Thanks a bunch

yes and no. once a DS has been flashed, it does not require the superkey. so you can flash it using your superkey.

ohh i see...so..totally noob question but...how do i go about flashing one?

PharaohsVizier

Here are the easy steps to flash a DS:
1.  Get Flashme from http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/
2.  Put it on your cart
3.  Read up on the dangers of flashing a DS (so that you are aware of the things you shouldn't do)
4.  Open the battery slot of your DS.
5.  If it is a DS Lite (which I assume it is as you have a Supercard Lite), look for the hole on the side that looks like a circle with a bar separating the two halves.
6.  Plug in your DS to the wall.
7.  Turn on flashme from your DS, and then get to the point where it says you can short circuit the DS now.
8.  Use a toothpick with tin foil on the tip (works the BEST) and jam it in the hole carefully, make sure that the two halves of the circle touch your toothpick.
9.  Wait for 100%.
10.  Turn it off when it says you can turn it off.

TADA, you have your flashed DS.

Do some research beforehand, it could very well make the difference between a flashed DS Lite and a brick.

Forgot, should have pointed you to this site instead of typing that out...

hmm I was wondering, is it possible for a non-flash device with a super key to be able to receive downloadplay?

ImmortalNinja

Nope.
You the superkey just boots a flash device in slot2,
When downloading play neither slot is used so superkey wont work.
