M3, G6, EZ, DS-X, DSLink, X9, etc etc.

Let's say I've got SCLite and wanted to convert to M3 or EZ so I could get the improved GBA compatibility. Or, on the other hand, let's say I wanted to switch to DS-X for whatever it is that it is supposed to do better.

What's possible, and what's not?

i know that dslink, ds-x are definitely compatible.
i seem to remember m3/g6 you have to hex edit saves to get from m3 to supercard, not sure about the other way round.
i sent my friend a supercard save file and it worked on his ez-flash, but i couldn't get his to work on my supercard.

SC and G6 savegames are the same, just rename them from .sav to .0/.1/.2

M3SaveTool can convert from SC .sav to M3 .dat

DS-Xtreme can use .sav's directly, but will compress them when saving to SC. sav2dsx can convert directly to the compressed .sav. Removing the first 24 bytes off a DS-Xtreme .sav and renaming the output to .gz lets you open it and extract the uncompressed savegame, which is essentially a SC .sav/G6 .0/.1/.2

Dunno about other carts.
