I noticed that Neji could do Kaiten, I tried every button combo I can think of.  Anyone know why I can't do Kaiten (that spiny thing).  It is really annoying me how all the comps have their super move and another one, and I can't use that other move.

Please help me out soon before I go crazy trying to jam buttons on my DS.
